Working To Empower The Latinx Community!

The goals and objectives of the San Francisco Latinx Democratic Club are to promote and encourage Latinx candidates to empower the Latinx community in areas of Immigration and Social Justice Issues such as Economic Development for Latino Jobs and Businesses, for Quality of Life Issues relative to violence prevention, youth and education. In addition, support other candidates that will advocate and promote issues and legislation that further the Latino Agenda. To actively motivate Latinos to understand the issues, vote, and get involved through advocacy.



Early Endorsement Meeting Results

The SFLDC convened a Special Early Endorsement Meeting on August 6. The remainder of endorsements will occur at the next General Body meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 6:00 pm at 518 Valencia Street, SF, CA 94110.

Early Endorsement Meeting
The SFLDC voted at the July 16 Regular Meeting to convene this Special Early Endorsement Meeting for potential inclusion into the Ballot Statements of measures/candidates we support/oppose before the 12:00pm deadline on August 14.

SFLDC to Participate in United Together for the Good of All – Social Economic Justice Community Forum

Join us for an educational forum to discuss how union members and democratic clubs can work closer together to support each other’s goals.

The Latino Democratic Club, African American Democratic Club and others will discuss building relations and political power in San Francisco and regionally together. We encourage all members to join this very important discussion.
