Airbnb has crafted legislation put forward by the Mayor that again fails to regulate their industry. This is poison pill legislation to try and stop the people of San Francisco from fighting for real regulation.
Come tell the planning commission that we won't be fooled by legislation written by Airbnb lobbyists again!
Tell the planning commission and the Board of Supervisors:
- Stop our neighborhoods from becoming hotels and protect existing housing by limiting short term rentals to 60 days
- Hold Airbnb accountable and charge them fees for allowing illegal listings
- Give neighbors whose lives are hurt by Airbnb the right to go to court to enforce city laws
