As many of you know at our last General Body Meeting the San Francisco Latino Democratic Club endorsed Hillary Ronen for D9 Supervisor and Victor Hwang for Superior Court Judge, Office No. 7. Congratulations to both candidates!

AUGUST EVENTS
Democratic County Central Committee (DCCC) Meeting, Wednesday, August 17
In lieu of the San Francisco Latino Democratic Club's General Membership Meeting, LDC will convene at August's DCCC meeting to let the committee know we want them to support Kimberly Alvarenga for District 11 Supervisor.
*This is a qualifying event and will count towards “good standing” status so be sure to sign in*
We will gather at Emperor Norton's Boozeland, 510 Larkin St, starting at 5:30 PM and walk on over to the DCCC meeting.

Endorsement Meeting, Thursday, August 18
We will have an Endorsement Meeting on Thursday, August 18. For this Special Meeting we will convene at Don Ramon's Restaurant.
Our focus will be on select ballot measures as well as School Board and District Supervisors.
Everyone is welcome to the meeting, but to vote you must be a member in good standing. Good standing means membership dues have been paid and you have attended a minimum of three (3) General Membership Meetings, Committee Meetings or Qualifying Events in the immediately preceding twelve (12) months.

We will wrap up our endorsements on Wednesday, September 14. We are still working on location and will let you know as soon as we secure a spot.
